1. Introduction
Pods Clips ("Pods," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use Pods Clips and any related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Wallet addresses, transaction history, and related blockchain interactions.

- To process discretionary payouts in USDC or other supported tokens.
- To enforce fraud detection and anti-abuse systems, including automated analysis of submissions.

4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Service Providers: We may share information with vendors that provide services on our behalf, such as payment processors, KYC providers, and fraud-prevention partners.
- With Campaign Managers: Your wallet address, submitted content, and engagement data may be shared with Campaign Managers for purposes of verifying eligibility and administering payouts.
- With Legal Authorities: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pods, our users, or the public.
- In Business Transfers: If Pods is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Wallets and Blockchain Data
Transactions made through Pods are recorded on public blockchains such as Base or Solana. Because blockchain records are public and immutable, Pods cannot control or delete transaction data once it is written to the blockchain. You should exercise caution when making transactions, as blockchain activity is inherently public and may be permanently linked to your wallet address.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to operate the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our rights. Blockchain transaction data may be retained indefinitely on public ledgers.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to safeguard personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You are responsible for securing your wallet credentials and private keys. Pods does not have access to or control over your private keys.
8. Your Choices
You may update account information at any time by contacting support@pods.media. You may also request deletion of your account, though certain data may be retained to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. If you choose to delete your account, please withdraw any token balances first.
9. Children's Privacy
Pods Clips is not directed to or intended for children under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
10. International Users
If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where we operate. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of information to jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
